New collaborative book explores leadership, personal growth and overcoming adversity through real-life experiences from women across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Australia and India.
A new anthology celebrating resilience, leadership and personal transformation is now available worldwide in print and digital formats.
She Rises brings together the stories of 17 women from the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Australia and India, each sharing a chapter based on her own lived experiences. Published by MENA Speakers, the collaborative project explores themes including overcoming adversity, career reinvention, entrepreneurship, self-discovery and personal growth.
Inspired by the spirit of International Women’s Day 2026 and its theme, Give to Gain, the anthology was created as a platform for women to share the defining moments that shaped their journeys. The project is built on the idea that sharing experiences can inspire others to navigate challenges, embrace change and pursue purpose in their own lives.
The contributors come from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds, offering perspectives drawn from leadership roles, business ventures, community engagement and pivotal life experiences. Through their stories, readers gain insight into the decisions, challenges and lessons that helped shape their paths.
Among the contributors is Melitsa Mizrahi, Chief People Officer at PJP Investments Group, who reflects on her own journey of transformation.
