Uptown Dubai’s dining scene is about to welcome a vibrant new addition with the opening of Rocambolesco in September 2026. Located at Uptown Tower and operated by Eclectic Hospitality, the two-storey restaurant promises an immersive Italian dining experience built around La Convivialità, the Italian tradition of sharing food, conversation and memorable moments.
Designed as an all-day destination, Rocambolesco blends contemporary Italian cuisine with a lively social atmosphere. The venue will feature indoor dining, an outdoor terrace and bar seating, creating spaces that cater to everything from relaxed lunches to energetic evening gatherings. A dedicated first-floor dining room, scheduled to open later in the year, will offer a more intimate, dinner-only experience.
The kitchen will be led by Luigi Stinga, winner of the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi Young Chef Award. Stinga previously spent five years at the acclaimed Talea by Antonio Guida, where he helped shape a menu that earned a MICHELIN Star for four consecutive years. At Rocambolesco, he aims to reinterpret classic Italian favourites with creative twists while staying true to the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality.
The restaurant’s interiors mirror its playful personality, combining rich colours, artistic patterns and contemporary design to create an energetic yet welcoming setting. Every detail has been crafted to encourage guests to linger, connect and enjoy the experience beyond the meal itself.

Aleix Garcia, Managing Partner of Eclectic Hospitality, described the concept as one of the group’s most personal projects, saying it embodies the company’s vision of creativity, exceptional service and hospitality.
Rocambolesco is operated by Eclectic Hospitality, a joint venture between Infini Concepts and Alba Hospitality. With its emphasis on imaginative cuisine, expressive design and shared experiences, the restaurant is set to become one of Uptown Dubai’s most anticipated openings of the season.
