RAKBANK Launches ‘She Means Business’ Package to Support Female Entrepreneurs in the UAE

New initiative offers banking, financial protection, business tools and networking opportunities to help women start, grow and scale their businesses.

As more women launch and grow businesses across the UAE, access to the right financial tools and business support is becoming increasingly important. Marking its 50th anniversary, RAKBANK has introduced a new package designed specifically for female entrepreneurs, bringing together banking services, insurance, business management tools and networking opportunities under one offering.

Launched ahead of International MSME Day, the She Means Business package is aimed at helping women entrepreneurs navigate different stages of their business journey, from setting up operations to scaling their ventures.

The package combines practical banking solutions with additional support that extends beyond financial services. It includes a zero-balance business account, available in both Islamic and conventional banking options, multi-currency capabilities in AED, USD, GBP and EUR, and digital account opening that the bank says can be completed in as little as 48 hours.

Entrepreneurs will also have access to business tools such as WPS-enabled payroll processing, QR-based payments through AANI, and a cloud-based platform that allows users to manage accounting, payroll, VAT and banking from a single application.

To help reduce operating costs, the package includes four complimentary international remittances each month, preferential USD foreign exchange rates and a waiver of monthly maintenance fees for the first 12 months. Female founders who activate their accounts by 10 December 2026 can access the package free for one year, subject to the bank’s terms and conditions.

In partnership with RAK Insurance, the package also provides essential business protection, including workmen’s compensation cover and public liability insurance of up to AED 1 million.

Beyond financial services, the initiative places a strong emphasis on business development and community building. Participants will be able to access learning sessions covering topics such as artificial intelligence, leadership, cash flow management, pricing strategies and marketing, alongside networking events with industry experts and ecosystem partners.

The package also includes a AED 1,500 discount on an annual CrunchMoms membership, connecting female entrepreneurs with mentors and fellow business owners, as well as a complimentary Personal Banking Financial Needs Assessment to help founders align their personal and business finances.

The offering is available to new RAKBANK customers who are female founders operating as sole proprietors or individual LLCs.
