Milano by Danube has opened its fourth showroom in Deira, expanding its presence in one of Dubai’s longest-established trading districts as the company anticipates renewed activity in the export and wholesale market.
The new B2B showroom is aimed at wholesalers, exporters, resellers and international buyers, reflecting the continued importance of Deira as a sourcing destination for businesses across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and the CIS region.
For decades, Deira has played a central role in Dubai’s commercial landscape, attracting buyers from countries including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Mauritius and Fiji, as well as markets across East and West Africa. Supported by Dubai’s status as a global logistics and free trade hub, the area continues to serve businesses involved in wholesale trade, exports and large-scale procurement.
The showroom opening comes as trading activity shows signs of recovering following a period of slower business linked to geopolitical uncertainty. Industry participants have reported improving buyer confidence and increased movement in export markets in recent months.
The facility brings together multiple product categories under one roof, including sanitaryware, hardware, electrical products, chandeliers and tiles. Milano said the showroom is intended to simplify sourcing for businesses purchasing across several product segments.

The company also operates warehousing facilities in Jebel Ali, allowing it to maintain inventory and supply mixed-category orders for export customers.
Speaking at the opening, Anis Sajan, Vice Chairman of Danube Group, reflected on the significance of Deira in the company’s history, noting that the district was where Milano’s journey began. He said the company expects export activity to strengthen over the coming months and views the expansion as part of its long-term investment strategy.
Sahil Sajan, Director at Milano, said the business continued shipping products despite recent geopolitical tensions and higher freight costs, a decision he believes has helped position the company for growth as demand returns.
The new Deira showroom follows the recent opening of another Milano showroom in Maleha, Sharjah, as the company continues to expand its retail and wholesale network across the UAE.
With Dubai maintaining its role as a regional trading gateway, businesses serving export markets are increasingly positioning themselves to benefit from a recovery in international trade, particularly in traditional commercial districts such as Deira.
