The Indian striker will face undefeated British heavyweight Louis Robinson at Space42 Arena on October 23
Jujhar Singh is returning to Abu Dhabi almost a year after making history at a Power Slap event in the UAE capital.
On October 24, 2025, Singh became the first Indian striker to win at a Power Slap event in the UAE. He will now return to Space42 Arena on October 23 for Power Slap 25, where he will face British heavyweight Louis Robinson.
Singh has one win from one Power Slap appearance, while Robinson enters the bout with a 2-0 record and two knockouts. He is currently ranked eighth in the heavyweight division.
“I remember the last slap I took that night the most,” Singh said. “Returning to Abu Dhabi means a lot to me because the people of India want to see me compete again.”
Singh also expects strong support from Abu Dhabi’s Indian community.

“This time the atmosphere in Abu Dhabi will be special as my Indian community is coming there in large numbers,” he said.
For Indian fans travelling from India, a tourism initiative running until October 31 covers UAE entry visa costs for eligible Indian passport holders who book an Abu Dhabi holiday of at least three consecutive nights through participating travel partners or online travel agencies.
The October 23 event will be the third consecutive year that Power Slap has staged a live marquee event in Abu Dhabi. Singh said the UAE events could also help create more opportunities for Indian competitors to enter the sport.
Power Slap 25 Presented by Monster Energy takes place at Space42 Arena, Abu Dhabi, on Friday, October 23. The event will stream live and free globally on Power Slap’s YouTube channel.
For those new to Power Slap: Two competitors take turns delivering open-handed strikes to each other’s cheek over a series of rounds. The winner can be determined by knockout, technical knockout, disqualification or judges’ decision. The strikes are governed by specific rules on positioning and technique, with fouls potentially resulting in point deductions or disqualification.
