FUJIFILM Middle East has brought its global Women4Women initiative to the region for the first time, creating a platform for women to share their stories, exchange ideas and explore how purpose-driven leadership can create lasting impact.
Hosted at the company’s office in Expo City Dubai, the inaugural Middle East edition gathered FUJIFILM team members alongside women from the Expo City community, including representatives from Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion and the Women’s Pavilion. The event centred on the theme, “Women Creating Impact Through Purpose and Leadership,” with conversations spanning career reinvention, confidence, mentorship and leadership.
Originally launched in Europe in 2020, Women4Women was created to spotlight the aspirations, experiences and achievements of women across industries. The Dubai event continued that mission through a panel featuring three women whose careers reflect different approaches to purposeful leadership.
Among the speakers was Georgina Pereira, who shared how she transitioned from a career in law to environmental conservation. Today, she leads the IUCN SSC Centre for Species Survival Fungi at Terra in Expo City Dubai, where she works to raise awareness of the vital role fungi play in sustaining ecosystems. She spoke about combining science, education and storytelling to inspire greater environmental stewardship.

Entrepreneur and photographer Yana Tsi reflected on leaving the corporate world to pursue photography and visual storytelling. Her discussion focused on embracing change, building confidence and using creativity to develop an authentic personal brand.
Representing the healthcare sector, Ghiwa Khoury spoke about a career that has spanned advertising, banking and healthcare innovation. She shared lessons on navigating leadership roles, building resilience in traditionally male-dominated industries and balancing professional ambitions with family life.
Reshma Keshava, Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager at FUJIFILM Middle East, said the initiative is designed to create a space where women can move beyond job titles and connect through honest conversations and shared experiences.
The event also encouraged audience participation, inviting attendees to reflect on their own sense of purpose and consider how they could mentor and support other women in their workplaces and communities. Networking sessions, portrait photography and Instax photo experiences rounded off the morning, reinforcing the event’s focus on building meaningful connections.
Following its successful regional debut, FUJIFILM Middle East plans to expand Women4Women as an ongoing platform for dialogue, inspiration and collaboration, bringing together women from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas and inspire the next generation of leaders.
