Emirates Signs On as Official Airline Partner of World Police Summit in Three-Year Deal

Emirates has become the Official Airline Partner of the World Police Summit (WPS) under a three-year agreement. The deal aims to bring more police and security leaders to Dubai for the event.

The fifth edition of the Summit runs from 16 to 18 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Dubai Police organises the event in partnership with DXB LIVE, the events agency of Dubai World Trade Centre.

Under the agreement, Emirates will use its global network, delegate communications, digital platforms and onsite presence to connect the summit with participants worldwide and support their travel to Dubai.

Ahead of the event, the summit’s content will also appear on the airline’s ice inflight entertainment system, so passengers can learn about the programme and its mission before they land.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, said the airline connects Dubai with communities around the world and that the partnership will support the leaders, policymakers, experts and industry partners travelling for the summit.

He described the event as a platform for sharing knowledge and building partnerships on challenges in infrastructure, at borders and across technology.

Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said the collaboration will strengthen the summit’s international presence and broaden participation through the national carrier’s network.

Organizers say the event is already drawing strong interest. About 95% of exhibition space has been booked, and more than 150 speakers have been confirmed.

This year’s theme is “Connected for Impact: Uniting Global Policing to Safeguard Future Generations.”

The programme will cover artificial intelligence in policing, cybercrime, financial fraud and organised crime, along with the security of air, rail, road and maritime networks.

An accompanying exhibition, Startup Arena and Academic Zone will link law enforcement agencies with technology providers, emerging businesses and researchers working on public safety.

The summit brings together police chiefs, senior law enforcement officials, government leaders, international organisations, academics and technology innovators.

Its programme includes a conference, an international exhibition, strategic forums and the World Police Summit Awards.
