Coffee lovers in Dubai now have access to one of the world’s rarest specialty coffee experiences. Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has become home to 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza, making Dubai only the third city in the world to host a dedicated venue after Milan and London.
Named after the year Luigi Lavazza founded the iconic Italian coffee company, the 1895 concept is designed to showcase coffee at its most refined. Rather than serving a standard café menu, the experience focuses on rare beans, precision brewing and curated pairings that celebrate the craft behind every cup.
Guests can choose from specialty brewing methods including V60, Chemex and Cold Brew, with each coffee prepared by trained baristas to highlight the unique character of the beans.
The menu features a selection of premium coffees, including Kafa Forest CRU, a single-origin coffee sourced from Ethiopia’s renowned Kafa Forest with bright citrus notes and lively acidity. Cocoa Reloaded offers a richer, chocolate-forward profile, while Flor de Oro is a floral single-origin with natural sweetness and a balanced finish.
To complement the coffee, Le Petit Arch has created a range of artisanal pastries and light bites designed to enhance the flavours and aromas of each brew.
The concept is the result of a collaboration between Le Méridien Dubai and Lavazza, bringing together Italian coffee craftsmanship and the hotel’s reputation for elevated dining experiences.
Open daily from 7am to 10pm, the new venue offers another reason for coffee enthusiasts to make Le Méridien Dubai a destination beyond a quick caffeine stop. Whether you’re exploring specialty coffee for the first time or already know the difference a carefully brewed cup can make, this is an experience designed to be savoured rather than rushed.
