carine Launches ‘Golden Hour’ Summer Dining Experience at Emirates Golf Club

Dubai’s carine by Chef Izu Ani has introduced a new early evening dining experience for the summer, offering guests a combination of French-Mediterranean small plates and seasonal cocktails in the setting of Emirates Golf Club.

Called Golden Hour, the experience is available daily from 4 pm to 8 pm and is designed for after-work gatherings, informal meetups and early evening dining.

Salmon Tartare, Truffle Tart, Calamari

The menu features a selection of bar bites inspired by French and Mediterranean cuisine, with dishes including truffle tart, salmon tartare with mandarin dressing, crispy spicy calamari and zucchini, seafood croquettes, Panzanella salad with baked goat cheese, and a selection of dips served with marinated olives and warm pita.

Alongside the food menu, the restaurant has introduced a Summer Highballs collection featuring five cocktails inspired by seasonal flavours. The drinks incorporate citrus, tropical fruit, botanical ingredients, floral notes and subtle smoky elements, and are available throughout the day.

Golden Hour is priced from AED 128, which includes one Summer Highball and one bar bite.
