Camelicious Ice Cream Now Available on Kibsons Across the UAE

Cooling off this summer just got a little more interesting. Camelicious has expanded the availability of its camel milk ice cream range by partnering with Kibsons, making the premium frozen treats easier to order online across the UAE.

The move comes as more consumers seek desserts that balance indulgence with better-for-you ingredients. While the ice cream aisle is crowded with choices, Camelicious is carving out its own niche with products made from fresh camel milk, offering a distinctly regional twist on a classic summer favourite.

According to Hesham Yehia, Acting CEO of Camelicious, the growing popularity of the brand’s ice cream reflects a shift in consumer preferences.

“Consumers today are looking for products that fit modern lifestyles without compromising on taste,” he said. “We are seeing a growing appreciation for camel milk as an ingredient that is both nutritious and enjoyable. Consumers are increasingly willing to explore healthier, easier-to-digest alternatives while still enjoying a premium treat.”

Made using fresh camel milk from the company’s Dubai farm, the ice cream range is available in several flavours, with pistachio and hazelnut among the current best sellers. Traditional favourites are also part of the collection, catering to both adventurous food lovers and those who prefer familiar tastes.

Camelicious says the partnership with Kibsons will make its products more accessible to households across the country through one of the UAE’s leading online grocery platforms.

The expansion is also part of the company’s wider strategy to introduce camel dairy into everyday food categories beyond fresh milk. Alongside ice cream, Camelicious offers fresh and flavoured camel milk, as well as camel milk powder, appealing to consumers looking for products that combine local heritage with modern wellness trends.

Founded in 2006 as part of Emirates Industry for Camel Milk & Products, Camelicious was established following an initiative inspired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Today, its Dubai facility is home to nearly 7,000 camels and produces around three million litres of camel milk annually, making it the world’s largest and most advanced camel dairy farm.

As demand for premium food experiences continues to grow in the UAE, camel milk ice cream is emerging as more than a novelty. For many consumers, it offers a locally produced alternative that celebrates regional heritage while responding to today’s appetite for healthier, premium treats.
